Interior Design
During our one-hour in-person consultation, we’ll walk through your space, capture photos and videos, and explore your personal style and preferences. Within 48 hours, you’ll receive a custom design rendering or mood board, giving you a glimpse of your space’s potential.
When you choose Rediscovered Home as your interior designer, we’ll refine the initial concept together, ensuring we’re both excited about the vision. Then, the real transformation begins—turning your space into something truly extraordinary!
As part of our design process, I will assist in selling any furniture that no longer fits your new interior vision. The proceeds from these sales can be set aside for future needs or seamlessly reinvested into your interior design budget, ensuring you maximize the value of your existing pieces while bringing your new space to life.
Staging
Rediscovered Home provides expert staging services to help realtors attract buyers by showcasing a property's full design potential. Our staging process begins with a 30-minute consultation, where we gain insight into your target audience and capture essential photos and videos. This allows us to craft a tailored design plan that highlights the home's best features and creates an inviting, market-ready space.
Mood Boards
Mood boards are the perfect solution for clients seeking interior design inspiration. Each carefully curated board serves as a detailed design blueprint for your space, complete with an itemized shopping list—making it effortless to bring your vision to life.
How we work…
At Rediscovered Home, we take a personalized approach to interior design by incorporating our exclusive inventory of curated furniture and décor. Any additional items needed will be carefully selected and purchased through your personal Design Wallet.
Your Design Wallet helps us quickly and efficiently secure the pieces and materials that will bring your vision to life, ensuring there are no delays in the process. During our initial consultation, we'll work together to determine a budget for your Design Wallet, and the amount requested will reflect our agreed-upon plan.
Rest assured, the funds in your Design Wallet are used exclusively for purchasing the necessary items for your project and are separate from our design service fee. Any remaining funds in your Design Wallet will be refunded to you upon the successful completion of your project.
The Design Wallet is a key part of our Interior Design and Furniture Procurement services, allowing us to move swiftly and seamlessly on your behalf. For staging services, however, the Design Wallet is not required, as all furniture is returned at the end of the contract.
